FARM BUSINESS TENANCIES AND LICENCES
The Department has experience of all forms of tenancy agreements
and licences under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986. We
are fully conversant with the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995
and will prepare farm business tenancy agreements for a fixed
term of two years or less.
Our team will also handle the renewals and terminations of
tenancies from both landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.
We offer advice in relation to the problems that do arise
with tenancy agreements and licences so that you can avoid
expensive pitfalls.
