COMPENSATION
Compensation may be recovered for pain and suffering and loss
of amenity arising from an accident. Consequential losses
can also be claimed such as:
- losses of earnings and expenses already incurred (e.g.
private medical treatment, travel, car hire, damaged / ruined
property and clothing, household help and assistance required)
- future losses, such as loss of earnings, private medical
treatment and care costs.
