CHILDREN ACT
The main principle of the Children Act is that a child’s
welfare is paramount. During childhood decisions need to be
made and sometimes this leads to a dispute between those with
an interest in the child. This mainly covers disputes over
where children live or what contact they have with the absent
parent. We can advise and assist you with all such matters,
and if the problem can not be resolved by negotiation or mediation
we can act on your behalf in Children Act Court proceedings
