WILLS & CODICILS
Many people put off making a Will. They would be very upset
if they knew how much of their estate could be consumed by costs
and how many long running family conflicts result from such
inactivity.
A Will, once made, can easily be changed to reflect the way
your family changes. Carefully structured, it can avoid leaving
tax problems to your loved ones and ensure that those who depend
on you are provided for.
The preparation of a Will is important. Your Will is a unique
legal document. It will be carefully drafted for you to reflect
your needs and to ensure that your wishes are carried out.
POWER OF ATTORNEY
If the client or a family member do not have an Enduring Power
of Attorney and then have an incapacitating accident or illness
which leads to inability to deal with financial property or
affairs an application can be made to the Court of Protection.
We can deal with this. The Court of Protection will appoint
a Receiver to deal with your property and affairs. We can also
act as Receiver if required.
