TRUSTS
A Trust comes into existence when you put property or assets into
the name of another person (called "the Trustee") usually
on conditions. The Trustee, usually, does not to get the benefit
from the property or assets himself. He has to hold it for one or
more people (called "the Beneficiaries") and the way he
manages the property or assets must always be for their benefit.
Trusts can be complex. We have experienced people who can help
you and explain the benefits of establishing a Trust. We can advise
you how using a Trust can help you, your family or your business.
There are several types of Trust (charities are a special type of
Trust). We can help you choose the type of Trust that suits your
needs. You can establish a Trust in your lifetime or in your Will.
Trusts can be used to deal with your property, the proceeds of
insurance policies, personal pension policies and lump sum payments
under firm's group life insurance schemes.
We can advise on Trust administration, the tax matters relating
to a Trust, retirement and replacement of Trustees.
CHARITIES
We can advise you on the creation and running of a charity.
