Janet is an Associate Solicitor at Thursfields. She advises on the full range of transactional and company work from share and asset acquisitions and disposals, business transfers, corporate finance and share options scheme to general company law advice.
Janet also advises on all types of contracts including joint ventures, franchise agreements, agency and distribution and supply agreements for goods and services.
Prior to joining Thursfields in 2006, Janet worked in London and Birmingham City Centre. She worked for 3i for 8 years where she was responsible for providing legal advice and implementing 3i’s funding of large and complex MBO’s, MBI’s, management start-ups and development capital in the form of loan and equity finance. She completed well over 200 investments.
