Will-U-Wait?
Solicitors are often accused of taking their time but at Thursfields, we are seeking to address that stereotype with the launch of our new legal service “Will-U-Wait”.
The “Will-U-Wait” service enables clients to have individually tailored Wills produced within an hour of the end of their first appointment.
The recent introduction of new legal IT software has enabled the Firm to redefine the way in which legal services are provided to our clients and we have launched this new product – the “Will-U-Wait” service. It is the first in a series of new services for the Firm.
Head of Probate, Trusts & Tax Department, Steve Pitts believes: “Will-U-Wait” is a premium service for clients who find it difficult to make time to visit the office, those going on holiday or who just have a need to make a Will urgently. The service will enable clients to give will instructions and within an hour after the appointment they can return and sign their Wills. Job done! There is no need for any delay or return visits to the solicitor.”
